Before actual production begins, STS will counter check the raw materials, components, accessories and semi-produced products to detect any potential defect. We can also provide on-site testing for raw materials and samples (XRF scan) on request. Upon this service, STS will give technical advice to the factory in order to improve the product quality, and to minimize the chance of having defects during actual production.

2.During Production Inspection
Normally, it will be carried out when 10-15% of goods are completed. STS inspects the production batch and those products in the line for possible defects. We can also provide on-site testing for raw materials and samples (XRF scan) on request. STS identifies deviations, if any, and provides advice on the corrective measures that are necessary to ensure a uniform batch of product with good quality. STS will also re-check defects discovered in pre-production inspection and confirm if they have been rectified.

3.Final Random Inspection
Final Random Inspection commences when the merchandise is completed, and at least 80% of products are ready and well packed. STS will check on product safety, quantity, workmanship, function, color, size & packing etc. Upon this service, STS will ensure the function and appearance of the products are consistent and satisfactory to the requirements and specifications defined by client.

Quantity Style, color and material
Workmanship
Function and / or safety check
Size measurement
Packing & Shipping mark
